Seamless Knitting Technology
Seamless Santoni Technology
In 2001, we introduced the Santoni seamless technology to our facility. Since then, we have designed and manufactured a wide range of seamless products, including undergarments, swimwear cover-ups, activewear, and sportswear.

What are your minimums?
Because each product is different we do not have a set production minimum. Each project is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate cost, setup, and timeline.
Do you source fabrics?
We only source fabric for seamless designs knitted in-house. Other types of spandex and woven fabrics are supplied by our customers as they are unique to their brand.
If my company already have a finished product can you manufacture it?
Yes, if you already have finished samples or merchandise you can bring your patterns and materials that you are currently using. We would manufacture your products following your guidelines and when possible improve the process to make it your designs more appealing and cost effective.
Do you outsource any of your services?
No, all the services we provide are from our location in Largo, Florida. We own our seamless knitting, sock knitting, and cut-and-sew equipment, all rework and manufacturing services are done in-house.
